Fare is guaranteed at time of booking and ticketed only when accompanied by a valid form of payment. Fares and rules are subject to change without notice.
Before Ticketing :
Traveller must reconfirm all the information ( full name spelling, cities from and to, dates of travel ) taken by our agents before ticket is issued. Once ticket is done, Worldwide Travel Inc. nor it's employee or agents can not be held responsible for any liability or dameage due to the negligence or error. Most of our fares are non-refundable. If ticket is refundable, passenger must get in writing from booking agents the total cancellation charges of cancellation.

• 4 % proccessing fee applies for transactions where the airline do not accept credit card.

Cancellation : Changes and Refunds and Booked Reservation cancellation
Refundable tickets will be processed by Worldwide Travel Inc. A refund process might take between 6 to 8 weeks. Agency handling fee of $150.00 applies to all.
Name Changes :
Passengers’ names must match the traveler’s passport information at the time of booking. Name changes are not permitted.
Frequent Flyer, Special Meal , Seating Request :
Passenger's responsiblility to contact the airlines to give Frequent Flyer account information, request special meals, and or seating arrangement. It is the responsibility of the passenger to reconfirm the flghts at least 72 hours before their scheduled departure on all the flights.
Travel Documents:
It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure that he/she is in possession of vaild travel documents(passport, visa etc.). All such documents are the responsibility of the passenger , who is travelling.
