Cancellation : Changes and Refunds and Booked Reservation cancellation
Refundable tickets will be processed by Worldwide Travel Inc. A refund process might take between 6 to 8 weeks. Agency handling fee of $150.00 applies to all.
Name Changes :
Passengers’ names must match the traveler’s passport information at the time of booking. Name changes are not permitted
Frequent Flyer, Special Meal , Seating Request :
Passenger's responsiblility to contact the airlines to give Frequent Flyer account information, request special meals, and or seating arrangement. It is the responsibility of the passenger to reconfirm the flghts at least 72 hours before their scheduled departure on all the flights
Travel Documents :
It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure that he/she is in possession of valid travel documents(passport, visa etc.). All such documents are the responsibility of the passenger , who is travelling
